Land of the Rising Sun

Japan

sunny 26 °C

When I stepped out in the uncharted territory, I had an irresistible impulse to delve a gem worth witnessing island nation - that is relatively unknown to me. I have been anticipating on the vibrant and colorful landscapes. There were multi-storey sky scrapers each with a mind-bending departure stores. It was awe-inspiring. Well, there is more room for astonishment.

Each visit to an iconic temple made me feel the power and sanctity it possessed, ever since I have arrived. Moreover, I could hear the whispers of the guardian deities who were determined to defend and protect. They were called "komukuten." Strolling every place I see simply puts the story of the religious world in pictures; making it interesting. The most unique aspects of Japan are tradition, ritual and respect that have been greatly evolved over a millenia.

The heart of the city; Shijuka. It is the largest district making up the city filled with neon lights and skyscrapers. It consists of businesses, cat cafe, vast parks, captivating arcades, NV theme parks that are thoroughly concentrated with a massive wave of people.
Wandering for the past few days was quite daunting, but as Japan drew my attention to its details and efficiency, I have enlightened my knowledge about the culture and how the people take monumental pride in their surroundings. They were extremely polite and gentle. The food is exceptional in quality. The detail in preparation is incomparable to the English's, American’s and French's cuisine combined. As well as, this is when you have to use or apply vital skills in chopsticks. This experience changed my perspective forever.
